Who we are
The company was formed in December 2000
by Neil Caruana and Etienne Bartolo. Engineers by profession and with relevant
experiences in various industry sectors in Malta, Neil and Etienne want to
deliver engineering services to companies looking for partners in engineering
projects, ranging from the design and development of new products and equipment,
to supplying technical and logistics support to international companies involved
in projects in Malta and the Mediterranean.
Company Philosophy
Our
company philosophy describes the way we think while performing our jobs.
We try to achieve this throughout our company, both in the relationships
between ourselves as colleagues and in the relationships with our esteemed
customers.
We strongly believe in the word and
concept of partner and
we try constantly to build our relationships in this way. We think that
engineering is a very critical and confidential activity, which determines
the success of companies and their relationships with their customers and
communities. For this reason we understand the need to completely involve
ourselves in the needs of our clients and to provide our services with the
aim to propose and implement solutions.
“Solutions” is also a big word which we fully understand and try constantly
to achieve. We understand that our customers come to us with a need which
has to be solved in the most efficient way in terms of time and money. Providing
a solution also means that once we are finished, our intervention works fully
in all its specified and designed parameters, with no exceptions, and that
the personnel involved is fully trained and capable of autonomous operation.With
this philosophy to guide us we hope to build relationships with our customers
so that they will contact us first, knowing that they will have a solution
to their needs. They know that we are a valuable resource, talented, trainable
and adaptable and love to take on challenges offered by the various technical
fields and varied applications.
